Robin Shah

Robin Shah is the General Partner and Chief Investment Officer responsible for the convertible arbitrage, litigation finance and special situations strategies at Tenor. Robin led the relative value and convertible arbitrage effort at Putnam Lovell NBF that spun off in 2004 to form Tenor. Prior to that, Robin was one of two senior traders at J.P. Morgan responsible for portfolio management, security selection, trading, and risk management in the proprietary Convertibles and Relative Value Group. He was previously a member of the Equity Derivatives Research team, Fixed Income Derivatives Trading team and Fixed Income Proprietary Trading group at J.P. Morgan. Robin received an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from Yale University, summa cum laude.
